We have been in operation since March 2017. Since then we have rapidly expanded our team and service area.
We typically work Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. We are occasionally opened for statutory holidays at the discretion of the cleaning team leaders. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, a team leader will be in touch to reschedule, or perhaps schedule a clean before or after big holiday party.
You do not have to be present during the cleaning, however, arrangements must be made for your cleaner to access the house if you will not be home. If your cleaner is regularly scheduled to clean while you are out of the house, a key or lock box are ideal solutions.
We seek out the least toxic products and methods to clean your house. These decisions are based on the effects to your home and the environment versus many retail products.

For new clients, we will follow the quote procedure above to ensure everyone is on the same page.
For existing clients it is as easy as giving us a call, sending a quick email, or speaking to your cleaner during a visit.
As a general rule, no. Your cleaner is familiar with their products and their interactions. Using our own products allows us to stay true to the “Green” in “Keep It Clean & Green”.
We will always work with the client to provide tailored service. If you insist on us using the products at home we will do so. You will save the cost of our supplies but keep in mind that different products may increase cleaning time and cost.
Anywhere from the day you book to a couple days out.
Appointments are booked at a minimum of 2-hour blocks up to 6-hour blocks.
We aim to schedule appointment starts in the Morning (8-9), Afternoon (noon-1) and Evening (5-6).
If you have not set up a recurring schedule for cleaning, you will have to contact us prior to each cleaning.
All of our cleaners produce criminal record checks, are interviewed in person and are given extensive training by a team leader. The end result is a highly trained professional that we trust to operate in your home and represent our company.
Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice should an appointment need to be changed or cancelled. This allows us time to schedule your cleaner and keep them working hard.
We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and credit card.
Yes. A gift certificate is a great option for family or friends that are difficult to buy for. Say thanks or simply help them get ready to host during the holidays.

We offer whole house light cleaning (2hr), Deep Cleaning (6hr), we can also focus on specific areas for a period between 2 and 6 hours.
We can do a one-time clean, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, move-in or move-out cleans.
